We have a 3 day fix policy in which we will touch up your lashes free of charge 3 days or less from the original appointment.
We will need to be notified via text at
714 920 4758 with a brief description why a fix is needed and our office will need to arrange a time, there is one fix allowed per paid appointment. After 3 days there will be a charge for all touch ups and adjustments. All fixes and corrections must be performed by the same technician at the same this is their guarantee.
Changes in length, styles, and volume do not qualify for a free fix.
All services and sales are final and are non-refundable.
If you happen to have an allergic reaction in which you will experience clear signs of puffiness and discomfort, please let us know right away and we will remove your lashes for you. Allergic reactions are not qualified for a refund.
